Travelling without a valid ticket

Passengers travelling without a valid ticket, will pay under the laws of Slovakia and the current tariffs of  DPMK (The Transport Undertaking of  Košice City) as for basic 30 minutes ticket  0,55 €  plus a payment in the amount of 55 € . Passengers travelling without a valid ticket are passengers who had not marked a ticket or had used a ticket of lesser value than the intended travel.

Passengers, who had not marked a ticket for luggage or a living animal in the price of 0,55 € will  pay a fee in the amount of  5,5 € .

The payment can be made

1. directly in a vehicle, to transmission control staff, who confirm the payment by a penal receipt of the amount of  55,55 €
2. in cash, the next working day, but no later than 4 calendar days, at transmission control office of DPMK in Rooseveltova Street 3 in Košice,  during  working days from 7.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m., on Mondays from  9.00 a.m.

Complaints of services shall be made in writing from and sent to DPMK (Košice Transportation Company) Bardejovská  6, 043 29 Košice.
